How do I get my computer to you?

As I work from home you will be dropping off your computer at my house in Coquille Oregon. If this is not possible for you to do arrangements can be made for me to pickup at your home or business. If I feel the travel distance is to far for me their will be a small pickup and drop off fee.

What do I bring with my computer?

Just bring your tower no cables, mice, monitors are needed. If you are having problems with a certain software title for instance Word, Vista, a game or whatever that disc will be needed.

Also if your computer has a login password write it down and tape it to the computer.

Will I have to pay if problem is not fixed?

No, in the unlikely event I cannot fix the problem their will be absolutely no charge.

How long will it take?

Every situation is different. The work will be done in a timely manor. Part of the reason my rates are low is because I do this in my spare time. Usually one or two days, some times same day.

Do you do non profit, charity work?

I do on occasion do some nonprofit work depending on my time and the cause, schools, church's etc. I do believe in giving back.

Do you build custom systems?

I do on occasion build systems to met your specific needs. Although if you just need a simple office machine or E-Mail and web surfing computer honestly, you can purchase them from local retailers cheaper than I can build them.

How may I pay?

I accept cash and personal check with drivers license number.

When do I pay?

You will pay upon pickup

Do you stock the parts I need?

I do not stock parts. I can get most any part in 3 business days. Or refer you to a local vender who does.

If I need a reformat can you save my data?

Yes I can, although if you have a total hard drive failure you may be out of luck.
