...Recently when my computer started coming up with an all blue screen and telling me I needed to check things in my bios, run my computer in safe mode and talked about dumping my physical memory, I decided it was time to have it checked out by someone who knew way more than I did about computers before it crashed and I lost everything including irreplaceable photos and anything else that wasn't part of the start-up disc. I've tried 3 different computer repair services in the county over the years with previous computers and was never satisfied with the end result so I decided to try a new one this time. I shot off an e-mail to an old friend Mark Sampson, at "Marks Tech Service" because I knew he was pretty involved with computers. I described my problem to him in the e-mail and asked if he would be able to help and within minutes he replied and told me to bring it on over. We spent an entire afternoon going over and though my computer and the thing I liked most besides fixing it was he let me watch and ask all the questions I wanted plus he answered all my questions in terms that I could understand. I was extremely satisfied with the end result this time and will definitely call him again if needed as well as highly recommend him to anyone with computer problems.
